Scope of Services. Through this Site, Thorsons Outdoor Services markets and arranges Residential Junk Removal, Furniture Removal, Appliance Removal, Estate Cleanouts, Yard Waste Removal, Mulch Installation, Weed Whacking. All work is performed under separate written agreement.
Account Conduct. Information you provide must be accurate. You must keep any login credentials private and report unauthorized use immediately.
Prohibited Conduct. You will not: violate any law, disrupt Site operation, gain unauthorized access, harvest data, transmit malware, or impersonate any person or entity.
Intellectual Property. All content on https://junkhaulingcompanyelcajon.com, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Thorsons Outdoor Services or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.
Payment Terms. Pricing is communicated in writing prior to engagement. Refund eligibility, if any, is set in your service agreement.
End of Use. Thorsons Outdoor Services may terminate your Site access at its discretion. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.
Service Disclaimer. The Site and its content are made available without warranties of any kind. Thorsons Outdoor Services does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access.
Damages. Thorsons Outdoor Services is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Aggregate liability shall not exceed amounts you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.
Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Thorsons Outdoor Services from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.
Applicable Law. These Terms are construed under CA law. The parties consent to venue and jurisdiction in CA for any related dispute.
